Welcome to GlowCareHealth. These Terms & Conditions define the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms.

We believe in full transparency — here you will find clear information about your rights as a consumer, our obligations as a company, and how we handle orders, payments, returns, warranties, and disputes.


Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: the period in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: a natural person who enters into an agreement without commercial or professional purposes.

  • Day: a calendar day.

  • Long-term transaction: an agreement relating to recurring deliveries or services over a specific period.

  • Durable medium: a tool that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.

  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Entrepreneur: GlowCareHealth, operated by Skymero CV, which offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.

  • Distance contract: an agreement concluded through a system organized by the entrepreneur for remote sales or services.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by GlowCareHealth and to every distance contract concluded between GlowCareHealth and the consumer.
Before an agreement is finalized, these terms will be provided to the consumer or made available in a durable format.


Article 4 – The Offer

  • Offers with a limited validity period will clearly state their duration.

  • The offer includes a clear description of the products and/or services.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind GlowCareHealth.


Article 5 – The Agreement

  • The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

  • If the agreement is concluded electronically, GlowCareHealth shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure data transfer.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from delivery, without providing reasons.

  • The right of withdrawal applies only if:

    • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (including all labels, tags, and accessories).

    • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

  • Consumers must notify GlowCareHealth in writing (via info@glowcarehealth.com) before returning the product.

  • Consumers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after GlowCareHealth has received and inspected the returned product.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  • All return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

  • Refunds cover only the purchase price of the product and exclude shipping or additional service costs.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used by the consumer.


Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygiene-related products (such as skincare, cosmetics, underwear, lingerie, tights, and other personal care items) once opened or unsealed.

  • Products manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that can quickly perish or age.


Article 9 – Pricing

  • During the validity period of the offer, prices will not be increased except due to statutory tax changes.

  • All prices include taxes but exclude additional costs such as shipping or customs clearance fees, unless otherwise stated.


Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty

GlowCareHealth guarantees that the products and services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and applicable legal requirements.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

  • Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.

  • GlowCareHealth will fulfill accepted orders as quickly as possible unless a longer delivery time has been agreed.


Article 12 – Payment

  • Payment must be made within 7 business days after placing the order.

  • If payment is not received on time, GlowCareHealth reserves the right to charge reasonable additional costs.


Article 13 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after a defect has been discovered.

  • GlowCareHealth will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.


Article 14 – Disputes

All agreements between GlowCareHealth (Skymero CV) and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides outside the Netherlands.
